摘要
九江石油化工总厂加工进口原油时，针对进口原油的性质、特点及加工方案采取了相应的技术措施：增设小型原油泵；调整初馏塔及常压塔流程；调整塔盘开孔率；改造产品精制装置的电离器。通过工业实践考察了加工进口原油对常减压蒸馏装置、催化裂化装置、催化重整装置的影响。笔者还提出了今后加工进口原油的几点看法：１．进口的轻质原油要与国内较重的原油混炼；２．需要增建轻质原油拔头处理装置和增设轻烃回收系统；３．催化裂化原料要控制较低的渣油掺炼比。
Abstract To process imported crued oil appropriate technical measures were taken by Jiujiang General Petrochmical works in accordance with the properties,characteristics and processing schemes of the imported light crude oil, including: adding a small crude pump,adjusting the flow scheme of prefractionator and atmospheric tower,changing the hole-opening ratio of the plates,and modifying the electric separator of the treating unit. The influences of procesing imported crud oil on crude distillation unit,FCC unit and reforming unit were investigated through industrial practice. The following sugestions for processing light crued oil in the future are put forward: 1. The imported light crude should be blended with the domestic heavier crude for processing;2. Topping facility and light hydrocanbon recovery system for light crude oil should be added; 3. The amount of residue blended into the FCC feedstock should be controlled at a smaller value.
