摘要
本文介绍了催化裂化及MGGI艺裂化反应热的计算方法及理论分析。在研究开发MGG工艺过程中,推导出了计算反应热的有关参数。用分子膨胀法及燃烧热法计算反应热,结果与工业标定数据相近。同时,本文以工业数据说明MGGI艺裂化反应热对反应-再生系统热平衡的影响。
Abstract This paper presents some methods of computing the heat of cracking reaction which is carried out in FCC and MGG processes. For MGG process,the relevant parameters in computing the heat of cracking reaction have been obtained. The computed results are quite close to those obtained from commercial operation data. Meanwhile,the effect of heat of cracking reaction on the heat balance between the reaction and regeneration syatems in MGG process is illustrated by meaning of commercial operation data.
