摘要
ＲＪＷ－１石蜡加氢精制催化剂首次在石蜡加氢工业装置试验成功。本文介绍了匹配使用ＲＪＷ－１石蜡加氢精制催化剂与ＲＧ－１保护剂的工艺及低温湿式预硫化技术。该催化剂在较低的反应温度下，具有高的饱和稠环芳烃的能力和较小的裂解性能。１年多的生产实践表明，在反应温度２４１℃下，能生产出合格的食品级石蜡。说明该剂活性十分稳定。
RJW-1,a wax hydrorefining catalyst was successfully used for the first time in a wax hydrorefining unit in Jingmen General Petrochemical Works. A combination technique of RJW-1 and a protecting agent RG-1 was reported in which prosulfiding was conducted under low temperature with spiked feedstock. The results indicated that the RJW-1 catalyst has a high activity for the saturation of polyaromatics at low temperature and a low cracking capability and good stability. After one year's operation,food-grade wax is still produced at the temperature of 214℃,same as the SOR temperature.
