摘要
在分析了玻璃钢抽油杆在我国油田使用效果不佳的原因后,指出使用玻璃钢抽油杆,应根据其自然特性开发出与其相配套的抽油机、泵系统。提出了采用带传动长冲程抽油机、配置高滑差电动机、对普通抽油泵进行改造和拟定新的玻璃钢抽油杆设计原则等解决方案。最后介绍了玻璃钢抽油杆在国外油田现场应用所取得的效果。
After analyzing the factors influencing the operational effect of the reinforced-plastic sucker rods, the author points out that the pumping unit and subsurface pump system should be adapted to the intrinsic properties of this kind of rod, and suggests improving the operational effect of the rod by applying belt-driven long-stroke pumping unit equipped with highslip motor, modifying the conventional subsurface pump and drawing up new design criteria for reinforced-plastic sucker rods.
