摘要
以斜直井抽油机的扭矩因数为目标函数,以传动角、抽油机的工作空间等为约束条件,采用约束尺度法对外直井抽油机的运动参数进行了优化设计,并对抽油机的运动作了动态图形仿真,仿真发现这种优化设计的抽油机适用于0°~40°的斜直井。还画出了对应于若干井斜角的扭矩因数曲线,并对这些曲线作了对比分析。
Taking the torque factor of the pumping unit as the objective function and the driving angle and operating space of the unit as constraints, this article makes an optimization of the motion parameters for slant hole pumping units, and develops a package for the dynamic graphic simulation of the motion of the unit. The simulation shows that the optimized pumping unit is suitable for holes with an inclination of 0°-40°. The article presents further the torque factor curves corresponding to several hole angles.
