摘要
从理论和实验方面探讨了双圆弧齿轮啮入冲击产生噪声的机理和双圆弧齿轮修形原理。指出应根据轮齿刚度、跑合磨损量、制造安装误差等来确定修形量,并介绍了采用滚齿机进行修形的工艺方法。实验和工业实践证明,采用这种修形方法可取得较为满意的降噪效果。
The authors make an investigation into the mechanism of the noise produced by meshing impact of double-circular-arc gears and the principle of dressing these gears, point out that the amount of dressing should be determined by the rigidity of gear teeth, the amount of runin wear and the errors of manufacturing and installing, and introduce a dressing method by means of a hobbing machine. Experiment and site practice prove that satisfactory result of noise-reducing can be achieved by this dressing method.
