摘要
在定义钻头的井底横向作用力后,建立了钻头结构参数、钻井参数和岩石性质与钻头井底横向力的定量关系、相应的仿真模型和仿真程序。用计算机仿真实验得到井底轮廓和任意时刻井底岩石对钻头的横向作用力。实验结果表明,钻头旋转一周的井底横向作用力矢量统计平均值始终很小,说明钻柱作用在钻头上的横向力为零时,井底横向力表现为扩眼力。
After defining the bottomhole traverse force on a bit,the authors establish the quantitative relation of the bit's structure parameters,drilling parameters and rock properties with the traverse force acting on the bit,present the relevant simulation models and programs,and work out by computer simulation the bottomhole pattern and the traverse force acting on the bit by bottom rock at any moment. The experiments show that the statistical mean value of the traverse force vectors remains very small throughout the bit'S rotation. It indicates that the bottomhole traverse force on the bit functions as the reaming force while the traverse force acting on the bit by the drillstring is zero.
