摘要
以散料力学为理论基础,以控制旋风分离器的料腿中催化剂的状态、防止催化剂架拱、堵塞料腿、导致旋风分离器失效为重点,通过试验推导出一种旋风分离器料腿临界直径的设计方法,并与巴斯夫技术中的圆锥形料腿进行了对比,且得到验证。
