摘要
介绍了搅拌槽容量４００ｋｇ的双旋转子卧式搅拌机的工程设计，阐述了Ｚ形旋转子选型的理由、断面结构的确定原则以及该卧式搅拌机确定转速所需考虑的因素，并对其功率计算进行了分析。
The engineering design of the horizontal beater with a special shaped rolling blade used to mizing and Knead of the bigh viscidity glutinous material is intro-duced.In the meantime,this paper describes the shaped seclect reason of the Z-shaped rolling blade,determinable principle of the cross section, summarized factor of the totational speed and the power calculation for this beater.
