摘要
采用数值计算方法分析了氢剥离试验中堆焊试块中的氢扩散行为及其影响因素。比较计算结果与剥离试验结果后发现，堆焊层剥离行为与其中的氢扩散行为密切相关。采用这种分析方法既可以在氢剥离试验中对堆焊试块的抗剥离性能进行定量评价，也可以作为研究加氢反应器堆焊层剥离问题的分析手段。
In this paper,hydrogen diffusion in weld cladding specimens and theireffecting factors have been analyzed with numerical computation method,To comparethe analysis results with the disbonding test results,it was found that the disbondingof stainless steel weld overlay it closely related to the hydrogen diffusion in theweld structure. With the analysis method,the resisfance of weld cladding specimencould be evaluated quantitatively,and the disbonding beliaviors in hydrogenationreactor could also be analyzed.
