摘要
提出了挠性转子附加悬臂端装一只平衡头以实现其在线动平衡的设想,讨论了最佳平衡头位置的计算方法。通过分析论证后表明,利用该原理及方法,能有效降低转子在工作转速及各阶临界转速时的振动。
An idea of balancing a flexible rotor at the end of its cantileverusing a single balancing head is proposed,the algorithm to determine the optimalposition of the head is discussed,in this paper,Through test and analysis,it isapparent that the rotor can easily pass through two eritical speeds,the vibration ofrotor is effectively decreased at the operating speed。
