摘要
分析了Ｃｒ５Ｍｏ炉管高温服役１３万ｈ后的组织性能，利用高温持久性能数据，采用多元回归方法外推了炉管剩余寿命。结果表明，经５００℃服役１３万ｈ后的炉管仍可继续使用，其剩余寿命为８万ｈ左右。
In this paper,the microstructure and mechanical Properties of the Cr5Mo steel Furnace, which have been put into service under high temperature for 130000 hours,are analysed.The remaining life is obtained by the polybasic regres- sion analysis and eztension of the endurace test.The results show that the remain- ing life of the Cr5Mo furnce pipes is about 8000 hours,so they can be served continuely.
