摘要
以烷烃与烯烃混合物的分离为例,阐述了模拟移动床工业装置操作状态关联图的绘制方法。应用此关联图可快速准确地判断任意时刻条件下的操作状态,即吸附塔各进出物料的床层位置,各工作区的床层位置。并能够分析出压送循环和泵送循环的各工作区与进料床层位置的关系。
Amethod is presented for preparing a correlation diagram simulating the operatingconditiol1s of a moving bed adsorption column. A unit for the separation of high purityolefins from a mixture of olefins and paraffins is taken as an example for illustration. Using this correlation diagram the operator can rapidly and accurately determine at anytime undet whatever conditions the operating conditions which include the bed Positions of the materials entering and leaving the adsorption column,the bed positions of the differentoperating areas, etc. It can also be used to analyse the relationships between the bed positionswhere materials are fed to the column and the various pressure-and pump-circulation operating areas.
