摘要
在CVD反应器中超细粒子粒度分布控制模型化研究的基础上,进一步探讨了CVD反应器中超细粒子的形成过程,详细分析了超细粒子的烧结和晶型转变,以此为基础建立了晶体组成及含量的控制模型,并进行了晶体组成及含量的模型化研究。从方法论角度分析,晶体组成及含量的模型化研究方法和粒子粒度分布的研究方法一致,但前者以后老的研究为基础,体现了序贯研究的基本思想。
Based on the study of ultrafine particle size distrihution control model in CVD reactor,we further studied the ultrafine particle generation process, and analyzed the sintering andcrystal type change in detail.From these we established a model for the study of crystalcomposite and content control.From the point of view of methodology, the method used forthe crystal study is in agreement with that for the partical size distribution. However,theformer is based on the latter embodying the basic idea of sequential study.
