辐射引发聚乙烯与丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺混合单体接枝共聚反应的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用γ射线辐照方法,研究了丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺混合单体对聚乙烯膜的接枝共聚反应。结果表明,丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺重量比对接枝率有很大影响,当丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺重量比为12:8时,接枝率出现最大值;在体系中加入0.5%(w)氯化铜可有效抑制溶波中丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺的共聚反应;加入硫酸可促进接枝共聚反应。接枝材料的亲水性、导电性、耐热性和机械性能得到明显改善。 The graft copolymerization of acrylic acid(AA)/acrylamide(Am) mixed monomers ontopolyethylene film using γ-ray radiation-induced method has been studied.The degree of grahhgwas dependent on the feed ratio of AA to Am and a maximum value was obtained underAA/Am=12:Copolymerization of AA and Am in the solution can be effectively inliibitedwith 0.5wt%of CuCl_2 added to the system. The presence of H_2O_4 had an enhancedeffect on the graft copolymerization. Some properties such as liydrophilic, electrical conduc-tivity,heat resistance and mechanical properties of the grafted film were improvedgreatly.
