摘要
以二乙胺基乙醇为模板剂,采用水热晶化法合成了磷酸硅铁铝分子筛(FeAPSO-5)的纯相用化学法测定了其组成。通过X射线粉末衍射、红外光谱、电子顺磁共振谱、X射线光电子能谱、差热热重分析等对其结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明磷酸硅铁铝分子筛(FeAPSO-5)具有AlPO_1-5型分子筛结构,由于铁进入骨架取代了部分铝,硅进入骨架取代了部分磷,使磷酸硅铁铝分子筛具有B酸酸性。
Pure silicon ferroaluminophosphate molecular sieve(FeAPSO-5) was synthesized in the presence of diethylaminoethanol as a structure-orienting organic template by hydrothermal crystallization. The composition of FeAPSO-5 molecular sieve was determined by chemical method.The structure and properties of FeAPSO-5 were studied by means of X-ray diffraction analysis,infrared spectra, electron paramagnetic resonance spectrum,X-ray photoelec- tron spectroscopy,differential thermal and thermogravimetric analysis.The results show that the structure of FeAPSO-5 molecular sieve is of AIPO_4-5 type and because of thepartial substitution of Fe ̄(2+)for Al ̄(3+)and Si(Ⅳ)for P(V)causing the framework of FeAPSO- 5 molecular sieve negatively charged, the FeAPSO-5 molecular sieve contains not only Lewis acid but also Bronsted acid.
