摘要
CuO+NiO/分子筛催化剂于不同还原温度下,对正丁醇与氨一步催化合成正丁胺的反应,具有不同的反应活性。利用XRD考察在不同还原温度下NiO、CuO在分子筛载体上的还原状态。NiO在270℃以上可还原为NiO;CuO在240℃以上可还原为CuO。并且由焙烙烧前后的XRD图,比较NiO、CuO的自发分散的趋势。CuO自发分散倾向大于NiO,Nio主要仍以结晶态存在,较易于还原。
The reaction activity of CuO + NiO/molecular sieve catalyst for the synthesis of n-butylamine from n-butyl alcohol and ammonia differs under different reduction temperatures.By using XRD,the authors discuss the reduction state of NiO and CuO on molecular sievesupports under different reduction temperatures.NiO can be reduced to Ni ̄0 at temperaturesover 270℃,CuO can be reduced to Cu ̄0 at temperatures over 240℃. By comparison of XRDdiagrams before and after calcination,we discover that the tendency of spontaneous dispersion of CuO is much stronger than that of NiO,and that NiO mainly exists in the crystallinestate,which makes it easy for reduction.
