摘要
首先从过程分析的角度,阐明一定浓度可燃组份的催化燃烧会导致催化剂多态,从而引起反应器多态的事实。论证了各类组份的燃烧都可假定为简单一级反应的依据。进而分析了床高、线速、床层导热等因素对反应器着火和熄火的敏感性,综述了这类反应器的开发技术。本文的目的在于从方法论着手,用实例来揭示和利用过程特征、以及分析各种参数的敏感性,进行过程开发。
The methodology for developing a kind of typical catalytic oxidation reactors is illus-trated. For highly exothermic mechanisms, the primary problem is to check whether multiplic-ity(ignition and extinction)exists. The observed reaction rate is controlled by mass transferprocess once ignition occurs.A high conversion is guaranteed by the immigration of high tem-perature zone. Experiments have shown the existence of catalyst multiplicity as the gas concen-tration exceeds a certain value(as commonly encountered with industrial waste gas). A math-ematical method is used for studying the ignition and extinction,and the influence factorswhich are to be applied for making a gudranteed reactor ignition.
