摘要
综合裂解炉反应模型、结焦模型和辐射室的燃烧及传热模型,对SRT-Ⅲ型裂解炉内石脑油的裂解过程进行了模拟计算,考察了过程参数、操作参数和焦厚等随运转时间的变化情况,为SRT-Ⅲ型裂解炉的操作优化和工艺优化控制奠定了基础。
In this paper, simulation was done for the naphtha pyrolysis in the SRT-Ⅲ type ofethylene cracking furnace by using a rigorous approach, in which the reactor and fireboxsimulation models was coupled with the kinetics of coke formation. The evolution of processparameters,operation parameters and coke layer thickness with time were also observed .
