摘要
稠油热采注汽管道采用的保温材料种类很多,但保温效果大都不够理想,平均热效率约93.77％。新型防水珍珠岩制品用于稠油热采注汽管道取得了较理想的保温效果,管道保温热效率提高到95.42％,对稠油热采注汽系统具有可观的节能效果,在其它保温工程中也有广阔的应用前景。
There are many kinds of thermal insulation materials available for the steam injecting pipelines for hot producing of viscous oil, but their thermal insulation effects are not desirable. Their average heat efficiency is about 93.7%. Raising the heat efficiency to 95.42%. the thermal in-sulation effects of new pearlite products are desirable. It will bring considerable effects on saving energy to the hot producing system of viscous oil. It has also a wide range of application in other themal insulation projects.
