摘要
为了对石油库站安全质量的优劣做出恰如其分的判断,探索一种客观定量评价方法很有实际意义。采用二元排序法和与专家评判法类似的方法来确定权重大小,可较客观地得到要求的结果,本文探讨的运用模糊数学模型方法虽然运算量较大,但对于评判人员只需分项划勾即可,方便简捷,可靠性强。
In order to accurately assess the safety quality of oil depots and stations, it is of practical sig-nificance to find a way to assess quantitatively. By adopting the two elements ordering method and the method similar to the experts marking method to determine the weighting size, required results may be gained more objectively. The method described in this paper makes use of the blurred mathematic model which is simple and reliable, though large amount of arithematic operations are needed.
