摘要 四川油建二公司承建的四川南干线天然气管道复线江津黄磏长江穿越工程,在大口径装配式重晶石加重块管身结构的管道穿越施工中,针对穿越处的地形特征,首次采用穿越段管道直线预制、滑移下沟、挠曲约束、分次牵引过江就位的新方法(简称滑移下沟、曲线发送字越过江管道),取得了缩短工期、节省投资、施工质量达到全优的效益,为今后类似环境条件下穿越工程的施工创出了一条新路。 In the project of crossing the Yangtze River with large diameter pipeline assembled with weighting blocks in the structure of pipe body, the contractor, the Second Petroteum Construction Company of Sichuan Province adopts a new way for the first time, that is to fabricate pipe sections in straight line, slide the sections into ditch, confine the flexure, and put tow into place in severaltimes (simply called: sliding into. ditch, launching in curve). By using this method, the construction cycle is shortened, construction expense is reduced, and the construction quality is perfect quality is perfect. It paves a new way for the projects of crossing the conditions similiar with this project.
