垫片高温试验装置的研制 被引量:4

摘要 在对法兰密封常用垫片进行了大量室温条件下的试验研究的基础上,为了解决高温工况下的法兰密封问题,研制了专用的垫片高温性能试验装置,成功地解决了装置的升温与控温,以及高温条件下的加载与卸载、垫片变形和泄漏率测量等技术难点;经过300多小时的垫片高温性能试验,得到了令人满意的结果.表明该装置达到了预期设计目标,已基本上具备了进行垫片高温性能试验的条件. This paper presents the development of high temperature tightness testapparatus for gaskets on the basis of the gaskets test at normal temperature.The questions. such as the measurement and control of temperature and load,the precise determination of thegaskets leakage and deflection ect.are solved.In the meantime,the programme of gasketstest at high temperature on their sealing characteristics is studied,and some preliminaryevaluations to the high temperature tightness test procedure are proposed.
