摘要
利用振动分析方法对抽油机井故障进行诊断.首先将原函数(原函数可以是悬点载荷对间函数、悬点加速度-时间函数、悬点载荷-悬点泣移等函数)作离散化和必要的预处理后,对其进行幅值域、时域和频域分析,从中找出敏感特征函数作为判别故障的依据.本文通过对悬点载荷-悬点位移(即示功图)的振动为示例进行了分析,给出了寻求故障特征值的振动分析方法,又通过对不同故障示功图的三域分析,得出了一些初步的结论,为抽油机井故障诊断开辟了一个新的途径,为下一步大型数据库的建立打下了基础.
This paper applies vibration analysis techniques to the diagnostics of thesucker-rod pumping system, By first discretizing the primary functions, then standardizingthem, and then analysing them in domains of time,frequency and amplitude,this paperpresents a new approach to diagnose the sucker-rod system. This paper has found out severalsensitive characteristic functions which could serve as the criteria of some faults. As anexample, this paper also provides analysis in the above three domains for dynagtaph cardswith various faults.
