摘要
流动沸腾的强化在各种高效换热元件中起着愈来愈重要的作用。本文依据前人对管内流动沸腾强化换热实验的部分数据,对强化机理、效果和方法进行了研究。结果表明,某一换热强化方法的有效性与换热方式有关,即与换热方式是对流机制还是核沸腾机制占主导地位有关,并初步给出了两种机制分类的可能性判据。
This paper studies the flow boiling heat transfer enhancement mechanism byusing a plaintube flow-boiling heat transfer coefficient correlation and some of the publishedexperemental data. The results show that the characteristics of heat transfer affected theeffectiveness of a enhancement technique significantly. A possible calculation method forpredicting the heat transfer characteristics is proposed.The computation results were comparedwith the experimental data. An acceptible agreement is obtained.
