摘要
对现有大功率三缸泥浆泵的结构进行了改进,增加了压力平衡式液力端,研制成一种压力平衡式三缸泥浆泵。这种泵不仅可以改善三缸泵活塞杆的应力状态,也可以改善曲轴的应力状态。文中用理论分析的方法证明,这种泵的流量曲线及流量不均度均与单作用式三缸泵相同;在缸数为3的倍数的单作用泵上,增加压力平衡式液力端,其流量曲线及流量不均度也与原型单作用泵相同。
Pressure balanced hydraulic end is a structure improvement of triplex pump,which can not only improve the stress state of piston rod, but also can improve the stress stateof crankshaft. This paper proves that flow curve and flow uneven coefficient of pressurebalanced triplex pump are the same as that of single-acting triplex pump with method oftheoretical analysis. The results also show that the using of pressure balanced hydraulic end onsingle-acting pump with hydraulic cylinder number of multiples of three will not change theirflow curve and flow uneven coefficient.
