摘要
钻具造斜率预测是水平井井眼轨迹控制中的关键问题之一。通过理论分析，研究了加偏心垫块对羊弯螺杆钻具造料能力的影响，推导出产生的造斜率增量表达式，并对长庆油田塞平－１水平井所用１°２５′单弯螺杆钻具加偏心垫块对造斜率的影响进行了现场预测，预测结果与实钻数据一致性较好。
Attaching an eccentric block under the stabilizer on a single-bend screwdrill is one of the methods for improving the rate of deviation change in horizontal hole drilling. The authors make a study of the effect of the attached eccentric block on the slant-building capability of the tool, and work out the expression for the increment of deviation change rate. A field prediction conducted shows that the actual drilling data accord quite well with the prediction.
