摘要
用水热晶化法成功地合成了不同SiO_2/TiO_2比的Ti-ZSM-11沸石。对其结构进行了XRD、IR、SEM、TG-DTA、29 ̄SiMAsNMR及UV-VIS光谱表征,肯定了所合成的沸石为ZSM-11型结构,且钛原子已进入了沸石骨架,核沸石骨架热稳定性超过1473K。从氯丙烯与H_2O_2的环氧化结果看,Ti-ZSM-11沸石对烯烃环氧化反应亦有较好的催化作用,但总的催化效率不如Ti-ZSM-5沸石。
Ti-ZSM-11 zeolites have been synthesized from silica-titania-TBAOH-H_2O system byhydrothermal method and all samples characterized by XRD,IR, SEM,TG-DTA, ̄(29)Si MASNMR, and UV-VIS Diffuse Reflectance spectra. The characterization confirms that titanium.is present in the framework position and thermal stability of framework is over 1473K. Fromthe catalytic epoxidation of allylchloride, it is found that Ti-ZSM-ll11 zeolite has high yieldof epoxide too, but its catalytic efficiency is less than that of Ti-ZSM-5.
