摘要
本文分析了盐渍土的遇水湿陷等特性，介绍了钻孔压浆桩在盐渍土地基中的施工工艺及特点，通过青海花土沟地区三个建筑物桩基础的施工试验，证明钻孔压浆桩适于作盐渍土建筑基础。其桩径、桩长均可调，施工工艺简单，人工、材料消耗少，造价要比其它建筑基础低30％～50％。
This paper analyzes feature of salted soil's subsidence because of water and introduces theconstruction process and features of holedrilling and cement slurry-pumping pile in salted soilfoundation. Through a construction test on pile foundation of three buildings in Hua Tu Go regionof Qin Huan Province, it is proved that the diameter and length of this kind of pile can be adjustedand are not influenced by the subsidence of the salted soil. therefore this kind of pile is suitable forbuilding' s foundation in salted soil area. In addition, its construction process is simple withlabourusaving and low material consumptlon and its construction cost is 30% ~ 50% lower thanthat of other building foundation
