德国Cel70、B80焊条的焊接工艺评定

摘要 采用原西德生产的ThyssenCe170和B80焊条混合焊接日本产SM41B材质管道,这在国内管道工程中尚属首次。选用与SM41B材质性能接近的A3钢管试焊表明:这两种焊条都对电流的适应范围宽、金属熔合性强,焊缝成形好,易操作。参照试焊结果,针对SM41B管材制定了切实可行的焊接工艺规范和质保措施。 It is the first time in pipeline engineering to use the former west german Thyssen Cel 70 andB80 welding sticks to alternately weld piPe made of japanes SM41Bsteel.Through a test welding ofAB steel pipe which material property is close to that of SM4lB steel,the result shows that thesetwo welding sticks both have wide range for electric current,good metal melting caPactity,goodformation of welded seam and easy operation.Based on the test welding rcsult,welding processevaluation on SM4l B pipe is made out again.Practice shows that the welding process speificationand quality ensuring measures made by the way above are correct and reasonable.
