摘要
本文主要研究用于烧伤外科的一种新型皮肤覆盖材料——聚氨酯(PU)多孔膜的制造工艺,以及影响PU多孔膜的形态结构与透湿性的诸因素。经动物和临床试验证明:该材料无毒性,有一定的透湿性,能有效地减少水分蒸发,防止细菌感染,促进创面愈合,是国内首创的一种新型皮肤覆盖材料。
A new covering material of skin for burned surgery-polyurethane (PU)porous membrane has been investigated. The structure of the membranes was observed by SEM, the membranes were seen to have the two-layer structure and many pores. The moisture vapour permeability (Q) of the membranes was also measured. The variety between the structure and the moisture vapour permeability was related to the forming condition.
The PU porous membrane was applied to cover the burned surface. The animal test and clinical application results showed that this material has no stimulation or toxicity, has good moisture vapour permeability, prevents bacterial infection, and promotes healing of wound. This is a new ideal skin substitute.
