摘要
本文研究了合成白榴石晶体的方法。研究了熔制玻璃的配方、热处理温度和时间对试样热膨胀系数大小的影响。当玻璃的配方越接近白榴石的理论成分点时,经热处理后试样的热膨胀系数越大,说明从玻璃中析出的白榴石晶体越多。对此种成分的玻璃在700℃热处理2小时以上,可以获得最大的膨胀系数。对热处理后的玻璃进行X光衍射表明,其析出的是白榴石晶体,并对其进行了偏光显微镜观察、检定。
In this paper,a synthetic method of leucite crystal has been investigated. The effects of formula of glass as well as heat -treated temperature and time on thermal expansion coefficient of samples have been studied. While the formula of glass was approaching the theoretical constituent of leucite,the expansion coef-ficient of heat - treated samples became larger. It illustrated that the amount of leucite crystals precipitated in glass was increased. As this constitutional glass was heat -treated at 700℃ over 2h,the maximum thermal expansion coefficient was obtained. X - ray diffraction pattern of heat - treated glass indicated that crystals precipitated in glass were leucite crystals,which were observed and detected by polarizing microscope.
