摘要
用鸡胚神经细胞为材料，建立神经细胞体外培养技术，相差显微镜观察到鸡胚神经元可以沿着神经胶质细胞纤维运动。扫描电子显微镜揭示体外培养神经元与胶质细胞的关系。
Chick embryonic neurons were cultured on collagen-coated dishes and observed under Olympus microscope . The migration of neurons along glial fiber was observed scanning electron micrograph revealed the connection between the neuronal soma and glial guide.
