摘要
ｍＲＮＡ的定量分析是基因表达调控研究中应用的重要方法．与斑点杂交、ＲＮＡ印迹法相比，用ＲＮａｓｅ保护试验测定ＲＮＡ具有灵敏度高、操作简便等优点．
uantitative analysis of mRNA is an importanttechnique in the study of gene expression regu-lation. RNase protection assay shows highersensitivity and easier operation than Dot blotand Nothern blot . The expressions of humanβ E-globin gene and mouse a-globin gene intransgenic mice were successfully analyzed byRNase protection assay.
