摘要
介绍p53和Rb基因甲基比研究的最新进展。CpG序列是DNA甲基化和基因突变的频发位点。p53和Rb基因的CpG序列易发生甲基化。其高度甲基化可能与基因功能失活有关,从而丧失抑制细胞增殖的功能,可能为肿瘤等发生的重要原因之一。
