摘要
本文依据ＰＣＲ技术原理阐述该技术在对虾病原检测中的重要性，总结了ＰＣＲ技术在病原检测中常用技术路线。结合我们实验室的工作和已发表的资料，文中具体描述了ＰＣＲ技术在以下几个方面的研究和应用情况。１．检测斑节对虾的ＭＢＶ（Ｐｅｎａｅｕｓｍｏｎｏｄｏｎ－ｔｙｐｅｂａｃｕｌｏｖｉｒｕｓ），２．检测中国对虾的ＢＶ（Ｂａｃｕｌｏｖｉｒｕｓ）＂，３．检测中国对虾的弧菌病。针对目前中国对虾养殖中遇到的问题，作者还分析今后中国对虾养殖的发展方向及ＰＣＲ技术，在其中的应用前景。
The importance of PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction)application in shrimp disease examination,on the basis of its principle,are described in this paper. According to the publication and the researches conducted in our laboratory, the authors summarize general research protocols for shrimp disease pathogen examination and introduce the present situation of PCR application in shrimp disease pathogen examination,that is 1) the examination of MBV (Penaeus monodon-type baculovirus)in Penaeus monodon, 2 )the examination of BV [baculovirus, especially HHNBV (Hypodermal and Haematopoietic Necrosis Baculovirus)]in Penaeus chinensis, 3)the examination of Vibrio in Penaeus chinensis.The future development and the prospect of PCR technique applications in the shrimp culture in China are also discussed in this paper.
