摘要
本文认为,生产力的基本要素不是劳动者、劳动资料等物质实体,而是生产力的各种物质力量,其中包括劳动者的自然力,劳动者科学技术的力量,劳动者社会结合的力量和劳动资料的自然力,科学技术只有作为生产力的相对独立的要素之一,即作为劳动者科学技术的力量,才能成为生产力。我们只有从劳动者科学技术力量与生产力其它物质力量的比较中,才能把握科学技术是第一生产力的理论真谛,消除对它的疑虑。
In the traditional view, basic elements of productivity are labour, means of production and other material things . This idea can not hold water in the theory of productivity. It can not tell the difference between productive elements and factors and it leads to misunderstanding the idea that science and technology is productivity. Basic elements of productivity are all material force in productivity,including labour's natural force,labour's scientific and technological force,labour's force of sorial combination and natural force of productive means.
