用上限元法对环件轧制过程的模拟 被引量:1

摘要 本文在分析环件金属变形的基础上,用上限单元法构造了满足边界条件的速度场,分析了各工艺因素对环轧过程的影响.理论结果得到了实验验证.所提出的方法可用于坏轧工艺分析,对生产和轧机设计具有实际的应用意义. In the paper, the deformation of ring metal is analyzed and the Upper Bound Element Technique ( UBET ) is employed to derive the velocity field which satisfies the boundary conditions. Various technology faclers which affect the ring rolling process are analyzed. The theoretically calculated results show excellent agreement with those found by experiment. So, the given method is useful to guide the practical ring production and design of ring rolling mill.
