摘要
应用自动血细胞分析仪(SysmexF-800)对108例已知原因血尿患者进行了尿红细胞容积分布曲线(EVDC)及尿红细胞平均体积(MCV)测定,并与相差显微镜(PCM)检查结果相比较,结果表明肾小球性血尿和非肾小球性血尿的EVDC敏感性分别为97.30%和94.12/,MCV值分别为57.77±20.59fl和110.71±18.97fl,作者也对EVDC及PCM两种方法进行比较,认为尿红细胞容积分布曲线对血尿来源判断提供了一种客观、简便、快速、无创伤性的方法,与PCM一样,当出血部位虽来自肾脏,但其量较多或肉眼血尿时,EVDC及PCM可靠性降低,应引起注意。
he urinary erythrocyte volume distri-bution curves (EVDC) and mean
copuscularvolume (MCV) were determined from auto-mated blood-cell analyzer (System F-800)
in108 patients with know source of hematuri-a. The results showed the sensibility ofEVDC in
identification of glomerular andnon-glomerular hematuria was 97. 03% and94. 12%

We conclude the EVDC of-fers an objective, simple,rapid and invasivemethod for identifying tbe
source of hema-turia. It should be noted that, as PCM,thereliability of EVDC will decrease when
thearnounts of renal bleeding is larger or withgross hematu ria .
