摘要
本文报告了我院透析中心长期透析患者并发肾囊肿１７例，发生率为５１．５％，囊肿的发生与透析时间呈明显正相关。囊肿患者血中中分子物质水平、ＴＡＣｕｒｅａ较无囊肿患者有增高趋势，而与年龄、性别、透析方式、原发病无关。
his article reported 17 patients withacquried
cystic kidney disease who had receivedlong time dialysis therapy. Positive correlationwere
observed between the renal cyst and thetime of the dialysis. There were tendency ofsomewhat
higher level of MMS and TAC urea incystic patients than noncystic patients. Therewere negtive
correlatiun between the renal cystand ages,sex , dialysis ways , primary disease.
