摘要
分析了Ag-Cu-Zn-Cd四元相图.提出了既能降低Ag-Cu-Zn-Cd针焊料含银量,又能保证熔点低、色泽好、塑性好、耐腐、导电性好、对铜和钢具有良好的浸润性、接头强度高等综合性能的最佳合金成分方案.对该钎料的合金组织、各相成分、各元素在各相中的分布规律及对性能的影响进行了扫描电镜和能谱分析.测试了焊缝的力学性能、焊接性能.对微量元素对钎料组织与性能的影响进行了初步的探讨.
The quadruple phase diagram of Ag- Cu - Zn - Cd is analysed. The optimal constituent is chosen to reduce silver consumption and ensure low welding temperture, good plasticity, conductivity, corrosion-resistance, dipping for copper and steel and high welding strength. Electronic scanning microscope and energy spectrograph are used to analyse the composition, constituent of the phases, and distribution of every elements. The mechanic and welding properties of the solder and welding seam are measured. The function of trace element is also discussed.
