摘要
从岩金硫化矿浮选过程的根本特征出发,通过山东某中温热液填充脉状富硫化物岩金矿床中,矿石无捕收剂浮选研究,及其对原矿性质的分析,确定了对岩金硫化矿无捕收剂浮选的可能性,为更有效地浮选复杂岩金硫化矿提供了比较可靠的信息.并以硫化矿无捕收剂浮选机理为依据,探讨了该岩金富硫化矿矿石无捕收剂浮选时,Na2S用量、矿浆pH值、矿浆电位、氧化时间对其浮选回收率的影响,其实验室粗选结果,可获得32.00g/t金品位,94.01%的金回收率,向传统的黄药类捕收剂浮选金提出了新的挑战.
Based on the Characterastics of flotation process of gold containing sulfide ore, flotation, without collector, of sulfide -rich gold ore from a mesothermal infilling deposit in Shandong is studied,and the property of the ore is analysed,which determines the possibility of the flotation of gold containing sulfide ore without collector and provides some reliable information for the flotation of more complex ore. On the hasis of the mechanism of flotation without collector, the amount of Na2S, pH value of the pulp, electric potential of the pulp, and the effect of oxidation duration on the recovery of the flotation are discussed.In laboratory, the gold grade of 32. 00g/t and recovery of 94. 01% are obtained, which is a challenge to the traditional flotation with Xanthate Collector.
