摘要
本文应用水热法,以正丁胺为有机模板剂合成了内含Fe_2O_3的硅沸石包合物。使用XRD,XPS,SEM,DTA,Mossbauer等现代技术,对新合成的材料进行了多方面的考察和论证,揭示了Fe_2O_3的存在状态以及包含物的物化性质,特别是在一氧化碳加氢反应中的催化性能表明了包合物潜在的实用价值。
Silicalite inclusion containing Fe_2O_3 in the internal pore of zeolite is synthesized by using n-butylamine as a template. Techniques such as X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, d.t.a., XPS and Mossbauer spectroscopy have been utilized in characterizing the synthesized inclusion. Based on these methods, it is determined that the bulk Fe_2O_3 particles are enveloped with silicalite; the decomposition temperature is more than 1373K; their thermal stability and acidic properties are identical with unitary silicalite, and their catalytic properties have been noted in the CO hydrogenation reaction.
