摘要 叙述了采用冷轧技术和扩散退火等工艺研制并生产AgRE/Cu/BAg三层复合触斗材料.在银中加入适量的稀土元素及细晶金属,可有效地细化和稳定晶粒组织,提高电触头材料的抗熔焊性能和抗腐蚀性能,其中BAg为含Ag50%的银基焊料,在铜基上同时复合一层银焊料,解决了触头与触桥间的焊接问题,可焊性好,明显地提高了生产效率. The development of AgRE/Cu/BAg composite contact material by means of cold rolling, diffusion annealing is discussed. It is found that by adding the proper amount of rare-earth elements and the fine grain metals in the silver base - the fine and stable grain can be obtained, and the sweating and corrosion resistance are improved. Here GBAg is the silver based welding material with 50% of Ag. The welding between the contact and the contact bridge can be done by covering a thin silver sheet on the copper base, with better weldability and higher productivity
