并联管组中流动的可视化实验研究

摘要 用有机玻璃制成两类并联管组模型,一类为支管和集管平滑相连接的正常型,另一类为支管伸入集管约6mm 的支管伸入型。在入口处注入墨汁,观察并联管组中的流动分布,正常型管组的流动分布和数值计算结果相一致,支管伸入型管组的某些支管中产生倒流现象。对于倒流的原因作了初步的分析。 Two types of transparent plastic models of header systems are used for visualization study of flow distribution. The first type is normal header system in which the branches are connected with manifolds smoothly. The second type is insertion type in which the branches are inserted into the manifolds about 6mm. Dye is injected into the inlet of the model and the flow patterns are recorded by a camera. It is found that the experimental visualization results of the normal model are in agreement with those of numerical results. Whereas for the insertion model the reversal flows are found in some branches. A preliminary analysis of the reversal flow is presented.
