摘要
用TiCl_4-Al(i-Bu),和Nd(naph)_3-Al(i-Bu)_3-Al_2Et_3Cl_3为催化剂,研究了顺1,4-聚异戊二烯在甲苯溶液中的反应;结果表明:仅Ti催化剂可生成大量凝胶,且凝胶的生成量随催化剂用量的增加而增加,这是由于Ti催化剂的阳离子特性所致,同时也导致了该催化剂催化的异戊二烯本体聚合具有较低的转化率和较高的凝胶含量。经Ti催化剂和Nd催化剂作用后。聚台物的特性粘数(η)均较原聚合物低,聚台物的微观结构没有发生明显变化。
The catalysts of TiCl_4Al(i-Bu)_3 and Nd(naph)_3-Al(i-Bu)_3-Al_2Et_3Cl_3 are used tostudy the reaction of the toluene solution of cis-1,4-polyisoprene. The results show thatmuch gel is formed only with Ti catalyst and the content of gel increases with the increas-ing of the catalyst ainount.This is due to the cationic character of the Ti catalyst,whichis also the reason of lower conversion and higher gel content in the bulk polymerlzation ofisoprene with Tl catalyst.The[η]of Solution fraction of the polymer formed from the reac-tion with Ti catalyst and Nd catalyst are lower than that of the original cis-1,4-polyiso-prene and the microstructure of the polymers changes little in the reaction.
