摘要
对气体法稀土碳共渗过程中碳原子的扩散进行了研究,经离子探针和正电子湮没分析,得出:在稀土碳共渗过程中,稀土原子的渗入,增加了缺陷数目,使碳原子的扩散系数提高至1.36~2.36倍,从而达到降低渗碳温度、缩短渗碳时间的目的.
The study for carbon atom diffusion in gas carburizing was made in the paper.It hasbeen found by means of ion probe and positron annihilation technique that the amount of va-cancy defects increases with penetration of RE atom in RE-carburizing,which,consequently,raises its diffusion coefficient by 1.36 to 2.36 times,Therefore,the purpose of loweringe thecarburizing temperature and decreasing carburizing time can be reached.
