摘要
通过比较白皮松(PinusbungenaZucc)大树与幼苗有关抗寒生理指标,电镜观察分析以及最低致死温度临界值的研究,得知白皮松幼苗在沈阳地区不能正常越冬的原因,主要是冻害引起细胞内叶绿体、线粒体及细胞器内膜系统等结构破坏和严重失水所致.据此,采用不同的防寒措施,其中罩地膜或罩地膜加盖草帘防寒效果最好,可使幼苗越冬保存率达81.0%~96.6%.
The results obtained from electromicroscopic observations showed that the chloroplastsm mitochondria and membranceous system in cells of lacebark pine seedlings were destroyed by cold damage in winter and caused serious loss of weter,which led to the seedlings not surviving the winter.Covering with plastic film and rice straw curtain was proved to be the best one of measures against low temperature.which assured that 81.0%-96.6% of seedlings could survive the winter in Shenyang area.
