摘要
测定３７例消化道肿瘤病人的外周血Ｔ细胞亚群，结果发现术后病人组ＣＤ３和ＣＤ８明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结肠癌患者ＤｕｋｅｓＡ期ＣＤ４和ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８明显高于正常，Ｐ分别＜０．０１和０．００１；粘液腺癌的病人ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８高于对照。结论：消化道肿瘤病人Ｔ细胞亚群的变化与肿瘤的分期及病理类型有关；手术切除肿瘤有利于细胞免疫功能的恢复。
Peripheral blood T-cell subsets in 3 7 patients with digestive tract tumor were inve-stigated. CD3 and CD8 were significantly decreased in patients after operation(P<0.05).In the patients of Dukes stage A the increasing of CD4 and CD4/CD8 weremore marked than controls(P values less than 0.01 and 0.001,respectively).CD4/CD8 in the patients of mucous adenocarcinoma was much higher than controls. Thisstudy shows that the changes of T-cell subsets in patients of digestive tract tumorwere related to the tumor stages and pathological type, the cell immunity may be im-proved by removing of the tumor.
