摘要
本文采用透射电镜结合过碘酸一铬酸一银组织化学染色法,观察有胆囊结石和无胆囊结石患者的胆囊上皮细胞超微结构,结果发现多发性胆固醇结石组其胆囊上皮细胞中分泌含糖蛋白的颗粒明显增加,而消化降解这些颗粒的溶酶体数量大大减少,说明此组病人胆囊上皮细胞中溶酶体的合成受阻、粒溶作用受抑制,提示胞内溶酶体的异常代谢间接参与胆石的形成过程。
he ultrastructure of gallbladder epithelium of 8 patients with multiple cholesterolstones and 3 nonstones patients were studied by electron microscopy and histochemistry.It was found that the mucoproteincontaining s(cretory granules of the gallbladder epi-thelium with stones was significantly increased and the lysosome which degrades thesegranules was markedly reduced,indicating that in patients with gall stones the synthesisof lysosomes in the gallbladder cells was impaired and the granulolysis was inhibited.This suggests that an abnormal metabolism of the lysosome might be indirectly involvedin the lithogenesis in the gallbladder.
